Leo Vanterpool joined Island Life Realty as a Property Consultant in Philipsburg, Sint Maarten in January 2025. He is a licensed real estate professional in New York City and Miami, Florida with over 20 years experience in single-family residential sales, leasing and property management. Beginning his career in 1995, Leo quickly established himself as an expert in guiding clients through the complexities of buying and selling their homes. He is a results-oriented professional known for his commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction and possesses a strong desire to find the perfect island villa, condominium or investment property for his clients at the best price possible. Leo studied Business Administration & Economics at Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee and earned an MPA from New York University Graduate School of Public Administration.
